These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SpinFormula, operated by Win Vision N.V. under a licence issued by Curaçao eGaming / GCB (licence number ALSI-202509029-FI1). By registering an account or using any part of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, you must not use SpinFormula.

Player Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on SpinFormula. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the site. Adult residents in the United Kingdom are eligible to register and play under these terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different details — is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided during registration and throughout your time as a player is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. We may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment details at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in restricted access to your account or the withholding of withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We strongly advise against sharing your password with any third party. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify us through our support channels without delay.

Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit required to fund your account is £20, and the minimum withdrawal amount is also £20. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 0 to 24 hours, though the time taken for funds to reach you may vary depending on your chosen payment method.

Bonuses and promotional offers available on SpinFormula are subject to specific conditions that form part of these terms. Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, you must complete that requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For our welcome package, a 40x wagering target applies to both the bonus amount and any free spin winnings. A minimum deposit of £20 is required to activate the offer, and the bonus remains valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Maximum cashout limits may apply and will be stated at the point of offer.

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds and associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with these terms, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play designed to exploit promotional conditions.

Prohibited Activities and Updates to These Terms

You must not engage in any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful to the integrity of SpinFormula or its other players. This includes collusion with other players, the use of automated software or tools to influence game outcomes or account activity, and any form of money laundering. Breaches of this nature will result in account suspension, the voiding of winnings, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of SpinFormula following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you have a dispute relating to these terms or your account, please contact our support team in the first instance. We are committed to handling all complaints fairly and in a timely manner.
